How do I place a custom order?

Can I personalize an item with names, dates, or custom wording?
Yes. Many items can be personalized with names, dates, phrases, school or team wording, vacation destinations, and other custom details depending on the product.
Do you offer design help if I’m not sure what I want?
Yes. You do not need to have a finished design before reaching out. If you have an idea, theme, occasion, inspiration image, favorite colors, or even just a general direction, I can help bring the pieces together into something that fits your style, occasion, and budget.
What types of products do you offer?
I offer custom apparel, personalized gifts, tumblers and drinkware, school supplies, keepsakes, accessories, party favors, and other special creations for birthdays, vacations, teams, groups, celebrations, encouragement gifts, and more.
How long does an order take?
Turnaround time can vary depending on the item, season, quantity, and how customized your order is. If you need something by a certain date, please include your need-by date when submitting your custom order so I can let you know what’s possible.
Do you accept group, team, or fundraiser orders?
Yes. I create custom apparel, gifts, drinkware, and other items for groups, teams, schools, events, churches, businesses, community organizations, and fundraisers. For larger or coordinated orders, use the Custom Order Form and include your estimated quantity and event details.
Can I choose from your existing designs instead of requesting something custom?
Absolutely. You can browse existing designs in the Design Gallery and choose one you love, or use an existing design as inspiration for a more personalized version.
Do you accept returns or cancellations?
