    How can I see all of the available designs?

    We have several design catalogs that are updated regularly. We try to showcase seasonal and our most popular designs directly on our website in various Collections.

    Can I request a custom design or personalization?

    Absolutely! I love making special orders.
    If you need a certain design, want to add a name, number, team, or custom color, simply add a note at checkout or message me. I’ll confirm details before printing.

    What are the prints made of and where do they come from?

    We utilize DTF prints. DTF stands forDirect-to-Filmprinting — a high-quality method where your design is printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and cured. The transfer is then heat-pressed onto your shirt, hoodie, or sweatshirt, with a commercial grade heat press, creating a bright, durable, long-lasting print with amazing detail and stretch. DTF prints are extremely durable and hold up beautifully over time.
    They resist cracking, peeling, and fading and can handle regular washing, stretching, and everyday wear — making them perfect for custom apparel.
    DTF works on nearly any fabric color or blend, including cotton, poly, cotton/poly mixes, fleece, and more. This makes it perfect for the wide range of apparel styles I offer.

    All of my DTF prints are created by aprofessional printing company that is also a mom-owned small business.

    Can I order designs for a group, team, or fundraiser?

    What if I don't see the style, size or color that I need?

    I offer a wide range of products and styles — classic tees, relaxed fits, cozy hoodies, youth sizes, personalized gifts, multiple tumbler styles. etc. If you don’t see what you need, just reach out and I’ll do my best to help.

    What’s the best way to care for my shirts and tumblers?

    For apparel:
    • Wash inside-out
    • Cold water
    • Low heat or hang dry
    • Avoid fabric softener

    For tumblers:
    • Hand wash only
    • Do not soak

    How long will it take for my order to be completed?

    All of our items are custom made just for you! Our apparel transfers are ordered from a professional printing company located in TN. Custom apparel transfers typical turnaround is 7-10 business days, plus shipping time, if applicable.
    Non apparel items such as tumblers, mugs, ornaments. tote bags, etc. turnaround time is 5-7 business days.
